Diss junior golfer, James Biggs (16) has been selected to attend the Lee Westwood Academy at Stoke by Nayland on a two year programme. Junior Champion James, who also represents Suffolk County Juniors has worked hard to get his handicap down to three this year
The course, while focusing on all aspects of golf, including play and the business side of golf, also covers general academic subjects, giving a balanced education. James’ good academic grades were a consideration in his selection.
The Academy place will provide James with the perfect springboard for a potential career in golf, either as a tour player or club professional.
